About the Founder: Timra L. Carlson

​TLC Sports Apparel was founded in 2017 out of a deep love for the North Andover community and the pride that comes with being part of it.

Our mission is simple: to provide high-quality, comfortable apparel that allows people of all ages to show their town spirit — with great design, fair pricing, and personalized customer service.

TLC Sports Apparel offers a wide range of town and spirit wear, including t-shirts, sweatshirts, hats, sweatpants, candles, umbrellas and more. Each piece is thoughtfully designed to reflect the identity and pride of the community.

At the center of the brand is our signature compass rose logo, featuring the names of local schools. This design represents inclusion, unity, and the shared connection between students, families, teams, and the town as a whole.

In addition to the compass collection, we offer a variety of designs including mascot apparel, zip code gear, team sports apparel and classic North Andover styles — giving everyone a way to represent their connection to the town.
