Shipped orders are completed within 7-10 days from the time of order. In-stock merchandise, picked up at 430 Pleasant St., is available in 2 days and can be available sooner if needed.

Yes, local pickup is available in North Andover
Why do some items cost different amounts?
Costs are driven by the brand, fabric weight, fabric content and whether the item was purchased in bulk. 2XL and larger sizes incur higher costs.
What is your return policy?
The items ordered are custom created, therefore we do not accept returns (please be careful with sizing and refer to the sizing chart if needed).
