When will my order be shipped?
Merchandise is shipped 10-14 days from the time of order.  Shipping rates are based on USPS retail ground rates in zone 1 & 2, effective 11/21.  If mailing outside of NA, an additional charge may apply.


What forms of payment can I use?
We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Venmo, Check and Cash.


When is my card charged?
Your credit card will be charged at the time of purchase.  Custom orders will pay 1/2 when ordering with the balance due upon delivery.


Why do some items cost different amounts?
Costs are driven by fabric weight, fabric content and whether the item was purchased in bulk.


What is your return policy?
The items ordered are custom created, therefore we do not accept returns. If there is a manufacturing defect, we will be happy to exchange your item or refund your money.  Please call 978-807-9388.


Is there sales tax?
There is no sales tax on apparel, however there is a 6.25% sales tax on general merchandise/non necessities.
