When will my order be shipped?
Merchandise is shipped 7-10 days from the time of order.  Shipping rates are based on USPS retail ground rates in zone 1 & 2, effective 11/21.   In-stock merchandise, picked up at 430 Pleasant St., is available in 2 days and can be available sooner if needed.  


What forms of payment can I use?
American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Venmo, Check and Cash are accepted payments.   Check us out at the local fairs to avoid shipping costs.  


When is my card charged?
Your credit card will be charged at the time of purchase.  Custom team or bulk orders will pay 1/2 when ordering with the balance due upon delivery.


Why do some items cost different amounts?
Costs are driven by the brand, fabric weight, fabric content and whether the item was purchased in bulk.  2XL and larger sizes incur higher costs.  


What is your return policy?
The items ordered are custom created, therefore we do not accept returns (please be careful with sizing).  If the item is lost or there is a manufacturing defect, we will be happy to exchange your item or refund your money.  Please email [email protected] or call 978-807-9388 for assistance.  

Is there sales tax?
There is no sales tax on apparel, however there is a 6.25% sales tax on general merchandise/non necessities.
